Personalised Digital Service

The Hair Loss Rating is a personalised digital service created specifically for you using the information and photographs you provide. Because each assessment requires individual work and cannot be resold, refunds are subject to the terms below.

Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Where no work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once Work Has Begun

Once we have started preparing your personalised Hair Loss Rating, refunds are generally not available, as the service is bespoke and made specifically for you.

Unsuitable Photo Submissions

If your uploaded photographs are unclear, incomplete, or unsuitable for assessment, we may contact you to request replacement images before completing your Hair Loss Rating. Failure to provide suitable photographs may prevent us from completing your assessment. Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer is unable or unwilling to provide the required information or images.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately. Duplicate orders may be refunded if work has not yet begun.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your completed Hair Loss Rating, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Video Consultations

If you book a 1:1 Video Consultation, cancellation and rescheduling will be subject to the booking terms provided at the time of booking.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
