• Educational treatment recommendations
• Optional 1:1 video consultations

The Hair Loss Rating is intended to provide general educational information only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Hair Loss Rating and all associated content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. 4. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Using this website or purchasing any service does not create a doctor–patient relationship or any other healthcare professional relationship.

5. User Responsibilities

By purchasing a Hair Loss Rating, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The photographs submitted are your own or you have permission to submit them.
• You understand that the accuracy of the assessment depends on the quality and accuracy of the information and photographs provided.

6. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is up to 3 working days. Customers who purchase Priority Delivery will receive their Hair Loss Rating within 1 working day, subject to receiving suitable photographs and all required information. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

7. Follow-Up Support

Your purchase includes one Hair Loss Rating only. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Ongoing email support is not included.
• Personalised follow-up advice is not included.
• Additional treatment planning is not included.

Customers requiring further personalised guidance may purchase a separate 1:1 Video Consultation.

8. Video Consultations

Video consultations are educational discussions only. They do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Consultation fees are payable in advance and are subject to the booking terms displayed at the time of booking.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the Hair Loss Rating service, refunds are generally not available once work has begun on your assessment. If you submit unsuitable photographs, we may request replacement images before completing your assessment. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, graphics, branding, text, videos, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Tom Gillbanks. Reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tom Gillbanks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Use of the Hair Loss Rating
• Reliance on educational information provided
• Decisions made regarding medical treatment
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions
